Diamond Guard Insurance is one of the fastest-growing Allstate agencies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and we re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our team. No insurance experience is required—we provide the training, coaching, and support you need to succeed.

You ll work primarily with internet-generated and inbound opportunities, helping customers protect what matters most through Auto, Home, Renters, and other personal insurance products.

  • Contact and follow up with prospective customers from internet-generated leads
  • Build rapport and identify customer needs
  • Create customized insurance quotes
  • Present coverage recommendations and explain policy options

  • Follow up on opportunities and referrals
  • Continuously improve your sales skills and product knowledge
