Account Manager, Logistics Brokerage - Bedford
Salary: $40,300-$63,700/yr
Job Description:- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts within the brokerage division
- Coordinate shipment builds, order entry (manual and EDI), and scheduling
- Identify and expand transportation service opportunities within existing accounts
- Report directly to the Director of Account Development
- Provide day-to-day customer service, resolving shipping issues as they arise
- Own account performance with a self-starter, accountable approach
Strong communication skills, energetic and self-starter mentality, ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, comprehend complex logistics situations, and drive account performance. Freight brokerage or logistics account management experience preferred.
