Senior .NET Full-Stack Developer, Bedford, TX (on-site). Salary: $135,000 - $165,000 per year.

Growing organization seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead to help architect and support enterprise‑level internal and customer‑facing applications in a high‑availability environment. This is a highly visible, hands‑on role supporting platforms that operate at large scale with real‑time uptime expectations.

• C# / .NET Core (6/7/8/9)
• Angular
• Postgre
  
  SQL + MS SQL Server
• Azure
• Docker / Containerization
• CI/CD pipelines
• Redis caching
• OAuth/OpenID authentication environments

• Lead full stack application development across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure
• Help shape architecture and engineering standards in a modern application environment
• Improve scalability, performance, reliability, and security of existing systems
• Build and support integrations with third‑party systems and APIs
• Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments
• Mentor developers and guide technical direction across the team

• Strong experience with .NET/C# and Angular
• Experience building scalable enterprise applications
• Cloud and Dev Ops exposure preferred
• Strong database experience with Postgre
  
  SQL and/or SQL Server
• Experience with authentication/security frameworks is a plus
• Comfortable owning systems end to end with minimal oversight
• Opinionated technically and able to mentor and lead others

• Full‑time onsite role in the mid‑cities/DFW area
• Smaller agile engineering environment with high visibility and ownership
• Strong preference for candidates who value long‑term stability, collaboration, and mission‑driven work
