A mission‑driven organization is seeking a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to join its in‑house engineering team. This role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining donor platforms, web portals, content management systems, internal tools, and mission‑critical applications that operate globally on a 24/7 basis. This position supports systems that enable worldwide outreach and requires a high level of reliability, performance, and security.

  SQL and SQL Server schemas, queries, and stored procedures
• Implement and optimize Redis caching for high‑traffic donor platforms
• Configure, extend, and integrate authentication systems with Azure Entra  SSO
• Deploy, monitor, and support applications in Azure environments
• Ensure application security using modern authentication and network protection practices
• Collaborate on‑site with developers, designers, broadcasters, and mission staff
• Write clean, well‑tested, and well‑documented code

• 5+ years of professional .NET development experience
• Strong expertise in ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Clean Architecture
• Experience with Angular 14+
• Advanced experience with SQL Server, Postgre
  
  SQL, and complex T‑SQL
• Hands‑on experience implementing Redis caching strategies
• Experience building or maintaining authentication systems integrated with Azure Entra
• Experience deploying and managing applications in Microsoft Azure
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Swagger, and token‑based authentication

• Python for automation or data processing
• Cloudflare tools (Workers, R2, Pages, Access, WAF)
• Salesforce or Hub Spot CRM experience
• Shipping or logistics software (e.g., Ship Station, Vera Core)
• Experience in media, broadcasting, or nonprofit environments
