Are you a passionate and qualified Nursery Practitioner looking for flexible hours and rewarding work? We’re recruiting experienced early years professionals to support busy nurseries in Bedford on a flexible agency basis.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll play an essential role in creating a safe, caring, and engaging environment for young children. You’ll be placed in well-established nurseries where you can bring your experience and energy to support children aged 0–5.

• Planning and leading fun, educational activities
• Supporting children’s learning and development following the EYFS
• Providing personal care (feeding, changing, settling for naps)
• Building strong relationships with children, staff, and parents
• Ensuring a safe, clean, and inclusive environment

• Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• A valid enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
• Strong understanding of child development and EYFS
• A flexible, proactive, and positive attitude
