Are you an experienced and nurturing Early Years Practitioner ready for a new opportunity this term? Whether you're looking for full-time work or more flexible hours, this well-established pre-school in Bedford is looking for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly, supportive team on an ad-hoc supply basis.

This warm and welcoming setting supports children aged 2-4 through a play-based, child-led approach, providing an inclusive and stimulating space where every child is encouraged to explore, grow and thrive. Open four days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday), the setting also offers funded childcare, including the 30 hours entitlement.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Delivering creative and engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS

* Supporting individual children's development through observations, assessments and planning

* Acting as a key person, building positive relationships with children and their families

* Helping to maintain a safe, calm and inclusive environment

* Supporting daily routines such as snack times, toileting and settling in transitions

* Encouraging early communication, curiosity and social interaction

What We're Looking For:

* A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)

* A real passion for early childhood education

* A positive, proactive and caring approach

* Experience working in an early years setting is desirable, but not essential

* A solid understanding of safeguarding and the EYFS framework
