Guest Services, Customer Service Rep
Driver – Guest Services – Center Parcs UK & Ireland
We are looking for a friendly, reliable driver to support our Guest Services team. In this role you will drive guests and their luggage from Flitwick train station to their accommodation, ensuring a smooth and professional arrival and departure experience.
Responsibilities- Ensure the vehicle is roadworthy, clean, tidy and fully equipped.
- Record driving hours on the Drivers Weekly Record Sheet.
- Assist guests with luggage and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Note:
The role involves heavy lifting while assisting guests with luggage.
You will be contracted to work 80 hours per 4‑week period on a flexible basis. Shifts run between 8 am and 9 pm, including weekends, public/bank holidays and the Christmas/New Year period, on a rota basis.
Essential Requirements- Full UK manual driving licence held for at least 6 months.
- Social confidence, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in a similar role or environment.
- Motivational, flexible approach toward colleagues and team.
- Friendly, genuine, warm host toward guests and colleagues.
- Customer service experience.
