Receptionist Manager - £32,000 ( Requires Driving License & Car) Flexibility is required for this role.
Working Hours
* 37 hours per week.
* Shifts between 7:00am and 11:00pm. (7am-3pm & 3pm-11pm)
* Including weekends (ocasional weekend off depedning on business need. 1 day a week 9am-5pm & 12pm-8pm

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused Reception Manager to join the management team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the Reception department, ensuring guests receive outstanding service from arrival through to departure while supporting the wider operation.
What you'll be doing
As Reception Manager, you'll lead the Reception Team and play a key role in the day to day operation of the hotel. Working closely with the Centre Manager and other department heads, you'll ensure the smooth running of Reception while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and operational excellence.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading, motivating and developing the Reception Team.
* Managing the day to day operation of Reception, including check-in, check-out, reservations and guest enquiries.
* Delivering exceptional customer service to guests, visitors, students and conference delegates.
* Maintaining high operational, quality and Health & Safety standards.
* Working Duty Manager shifts on a rota basis.
* Building strong relationships with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Conference and Sales teams.
* Responding professionally to guest feedback and resolving issues efficiently.
* Ensuring compliance with company policies, GDPR and relevant legislation.
About you
We're looking for someone who has:
* Previous experience managing a Reception or Front Office team within hospitality.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
* A proactive, hands on approach with strong problem-solving skills.
* Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
* Confidence dealing with guest enquiries and complaints.
* Good IT skills and experience using hotel or accommodation management systems.
* The ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
