• Rip out old kitchens and prepare the area for install.
• Fit new units, worktops, sinks, and appliances to a high standard.
• Handle all finishing bits – sealing, trims, handles, doors, and adjustments.
• Sort basic plumbing – connecting sinks, taps, and waste pipes.
• Work tidy and respectful in occupied properties.
• Keep tenants updated and report any extra issues back to the office.
• Ensure all work is done safely and up to spec.
• Occasionally work with a team or individually.

• Van fuel card provided
• Power tools provided
• Weekly pay every Friday
• Opportunity to go permanent after temp period

The ideal candidate for this position would have experience as a maintenance operative, multi‑skilled operative, multi‑trade operative, multi‑trader, carpenter, joiner, UPVC specialist, plumber, plumber multi‑trader, plasterer, plasterer multi‑trader, or handyman with experience in social housing, housing associations, domestic properties, council properties, or MOD (Ministry of Defense).
