We’re looking for an experienced Roofer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for detecting and repairing leaks, working on both pitched and flat roofs, and ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

This role also requires a valid 7.5-tonne vehicle licence to drive and operate company vehicles.

• Detect and repair roof leaks usingli>
• Work on flat and pitched roofs, understanding build-up and structure
• Carry out routine maintenance and assess weather-related damage
• Prepare accurate time frames and budgets for customer proposals
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, especially when working at height
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with residents
• Drive and operate a 7.5T vehicle (valid licence required)

• Good understanding of roofing systems and repair methods
• Experience in leak detection and applying the right solutions
• Knowledge of roofing materials and their application
• Ability to plan and cost small projects
• Full, valid UK driving licence (with 7.5-tonne entitlement)
• Professional, reliable, and strong communication skills

• Competitive day rate (dependant on experience)
