Our client, a reputable commercial dealership based in Bedford, is seeking a highly skilled HGV Technician to join their state‑of‑the‑art workshop team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced HGV technicians to work within a leading industry dealership known for its commitment to excellence and professional development.

- Conduct scheduled servicing, routine maintenance, and repairs on HGVs in accordance with manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and rectify faults using modern diagnostic equipment and techniques
- Perform safety inspections and prepare vehicles for MOT testing
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and accurately
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Support team members to optimise workshop operations
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all work carried out
- Fully qualified HGV Technician with City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience working on HGVs or commercial vehicles
- Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
- A proactive, team‑oriented attitude
- Valid UK driving licence (HGV licence desirable but not essential)
- Commitment to high standards of quality and safety compliance
