Salary: £39,000 - £45,000 per annum

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday; 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

Our services include central heating installations, boiler maintenance and repair, high end bespoke new build / existing houses / refurbs, first and second fix plumbing, plant rooms, bathroom refurbishments and maintenance. • Valid Gas Safe Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1).
• Unvented (G3) qualification.
• Experience in fault finding and diagnostics.
• Knowledge of central heating wiring including smart controls (S plan and Y plan systems) is desirable.
• Commercial experience is desirable.
• Of-tec is desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly manner.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• High end quality of work is a must.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently.

This full-time position comes with a company van, fuel card, and workwear. While you will require your own hand tools and power tools, we will provide the necessary gas analyser.

• Installation, servicing, and maintenance of domestic gas appliances and heating systems.
• Conducting domestic gas safety inspections (CP12's) / servicing and breakdown.
• Carrying out boiler and central heating installations / power flushing.
• General plumbing tasks / maintenance.
• 1st/ 2nd fixing of bespoke high-end houses / plant rooms.
• Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs of heating systems.
