- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
- Responding to breakdowns and emergency call‑outs
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with statutory regulations and NHS standards
- Maintaining accurate compliance documentation and records
- Working collaboratively with the wider maintenance team and on‑site stakeholders
- Following company policies and procedures within a healthcare environment
- NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
- Domestic & commercial gas qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CPA1, COCN1/CODNCO1, CIGA1, TPCP1A
- Experience working on commercial mechanical systems
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and plumbing building services
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable using technology to log and manage jobs
- Willingness to participate in an on‑call rota
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with in a similar environment (desirable)
- DBS and DVLA checks will be required
- Salary from £41,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- On‑call allowance (rota‑based)
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
- Company van and tools provided
- Full‑time, permanent role
- 27 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays (option to buy more)
