Plumbing and Maintenance Service Engineer

About the Role

Culligan Harvey Water Softeners is looking for a Service Engineer to join our growing team.

As the Service Engineer, you will be supporting the business by attending service calls in customer homes and dealer premises, performing field based assessments, and conveying technical concerns back to the service manager.

You will provide the best service to the customer onsite while successfully fixing water softeners.

The role includes attending service calls, diagnosing and repairing water softeners, and ensuring excellent customer service.

• Qualified or time served domestic plumber.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Technically minded, looking for a new challenging role.
• NVQ Level 2 in plumbing and heating.
• Previous plumbing knowledge and experience of replacing white goods.
• Self‑motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable approach to work, able to work solo or as part of a team.

Salary based on OTE.
