Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust (JRHT) is seeking a Maintenance Operative to deliver high-quality maintenance across our buildings and grounds. You will carry out repairs, maintain security and ensure health and safety compliance, contributing to safe, welcoming communities for residents and colleagues.
You will perform drains, basic joinery and bricklaying, minor plumbing and occasional electrical tasks, while keeping accurate electronic and paper records of work completed and staying compliant
