VACANCY| WEALTHADVISER ASSISTANT (ADP) | BEDFORDVIEW, JOHANNESBURG, GAUTENG | PERMANENT
What does the programme offer:- An eighteen-month training and development plan to develop your knowledge and skills to become an adviserwhilst permanently employed
- On-the-job mentorship and training from established financial advisers
- Support, coaching and monitoringfrom HR, Regional Managers and Heads of Divisions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the wealth advisers, management and administration, interacting with clients by managing relationships and providing client services. You will ensure new business implementation,marketing plan implementation and reception duties.
Responsibilities:- Gather Policy information
- Compile a summary of information
- Preparing of Client Reviews
- Preparing proposals andclient reviews according to set template Research product information
- Handle new application andquotations
- Handle and solve clientenquiries (all existing business enquiries)
- Diary management for newand existing business cases
- Diary management for Wealth Adviser
- Arrange appointmentsbetween Wealth Adviser and Clients
- Prepare investment reviewappointments
- Maintain CRM system
- Rebalance and maintainexisting portfolios
- Prepare and distributemonthly/quarterly statements
- Manage Administrative Documentation (detailed records)
- Build and maintain good working relationships
- Record details of transactions Deal with Employee Benefit Service Related Queries.
- Ensure FAIS Compliance
- Completed BCom Degree(Preferably majoring in Financial Planning/Investment Planning/ Risk Management or BCom (Economics)
- 0-2 Years experience inthe financial services industry (no more than 2 years)
- Proficient in both spoken& written English & at least one other of the SA languages
