Overview
- Role: Operation Officer
- Industry: Environmental Services
- Location: 2 bus stop from Bedok Mrt
- Hours: 5.5 Days | Mon to Fri 8am - 5pm | Saturday 8am - 12pm
- Salary: $2500 - $3000 + Bonus
- Work closely with the operations team to manage manpower deployment across clusters island-wide.
- Plan and schedule daily jobs using the company’s system to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Lead, motivate, and train team members, fostering professionalism and strong work ethics.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and step in when manpower shortages occur.
- Manage and resolve disciplinary, safety, and operational issues.
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding of operations team members.
- Supervise operations to ensure compliance with company procedures and SOPs.
- Leverage strong knowledge of Singapore roads to optimize logistics and job assignments.
- Willing to work overtime (OT) when required.
- Share a genuine passion for plants and contribute positively to the company’s horticultural mission.
