Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join us in our Bee Cave, TX office. This team member will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with certain direct accounts as well as assigned distribution channel partners across multiple territories. You will communicate frequently with internal teams, peers, and senior management and with technical, engineering, and other related support staff to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction, thereby driving new revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Enter and verify customers’ orders are placed correctly
  • Work closely with customers to resolve any order discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Regularly review customers backlog of open orders
  • Review any order changes submitted and once approved update system accurately
  • Expedite any urgent or late orders
  • Emails - most communication to/from customers is received via email
  • Manage email inbox effectively and in an organized manner
  • Respond to customers in a timely manner
Skills:
  • Problem solving, and make strategic decisions
  • Should be able to be flexible and handle situations on case-by-case basis
  • Customer service with a detailed mindset
  • Ability to communicate professionally, both orally and in writing, with peers, supervisors, working team members, and executives
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1
    -2 years of experience in Customer Service-related field is preferred
