Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 Total Compensation Potential

(Base Salary + Performance Bonuses)

The PREP School is seeking a high-performing, experienced Preschool Director to lead one of our private preschool campuses in Austin, Texas.

• Daily school operations and licensing compliance
• Staff leadership, coaching, accountability, and retention
• Enrollment growth and family experience
• Building strong relationships with parents and community partners

• Health, safety, and risk management standards
• Collaboration with ownership and leadership teams on strategic initiatives

This role is ideal for someone who can balance strong leadership with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine love for children and families.

• Current Texas Director Certification
• Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood setting
• Proven experience managing staff, enrollment, and school operations
• Strong understanding of Texas licensing regulations and compliance
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
• Professional leadership presence with high standards and accountability
• Ability to multitask and lead effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Business, or related field
• Experience leading a high-quality private preschool program
