The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, helping to maintain an organized, efficient warehouse, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Coordinating and overseeing the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.

Ensuring that the warehouse is kept tidy and organized to promote efficiency.

Assisting in inventory control, including tracking and reporting on stock levels.

Providing excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborating with team members to improve processes and identify potential areas for efficiency gains.

Ensuring all safety procedures are followed to maintain a safe working environment.

Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.

Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Strong customer service skills, with a commitment to providing a high level of service to all clients.

Experience in moving and handling goods, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in the use of warehouse management systems and other relevant software.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

A team player mentality, with a willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive, productive working environment.
