On offer is a highly technical and hands‑on Automation Engineer role where you will design, develop, and implement PLC and SCADA systems across a wide range of water and wastewater applications. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, lead automation solutions from concept through commissioning, develop HMI screens, troubleshoot live systems, and play a key role in scaling automation capability within a growing organization.

This role would suit an Automation Engineer with Ignition experience looking for technical ownership, career growth, and the opportunity to make an impact on critical projects.
The Role:- Design, develop, and implement PLC, SCADA, and automation systems for water and wastewater facilities
- Develop HMI interfaces, PLC programming, IO lists, BOMs, and control system documentation
- Work on high‑value projects in a fast‑growing startup environment with progression opportunities as the business scales
- Hands‑on field work, troubleshooting, commissioning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Ignition expertise
- PLC and SCADA experience, particularly with Allen Bradley/Rockwell systems
- Experience with industrial automation, instrumentation, DCS, and control systems within industrial, water, or process environments
- Able to troubleshoot automation systems, perform root cause analysis, and work in fast‑paced engineering environments
