Process Engineer (Water and Wastewater Treatment Design)
Bee Cave, Texas
Salary: USD
120,000 - USD
140,000 per annum + Stock Options + Benefits.
We are a rapidly growing engineering business focused on cutting‑edge water treatment, wastewater reuse, potable reuse, industrial water, PFAS treatment, wave pools, lagoons, surf parks, and sustainable infrastructure projects. This high‑impact role offers full technical ownership, stock options, and career progression in a fast‑paced startup environment.
The Role- Design complete water and wastewater treatment systems across drinking water, wastewater, reuse, industrial, modular, recreational, and residential applications.
- Develop PFDs, P&IDs, mass balances, hydraulic calculations, process control narratives, equipment specifications, and BOMs.
- Work on high‑value projects in a fast‑growing startup environment with progression opportunities as the business scales.
- Support factory testing, site commissioning, startup activities, permitting, regulatory compliance, and client‑facing technical discussions.
- Water and/or wastewater treatment process engineering experience.
- Experience designing treatment systems including conventional and advanced technologies such as membrane filtration, biological treatment, disinfection, advanced oxidation, ion exchange, and electrochemical processes.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, with Texas PE highly desirable.
- Experience with process design ownership, commissioning activities, regulatory compliance, and fast‑paced engineering environments.
