Position: Freelance Beauty Advisor (Texas)
Do you love to help people find their glow? Transform your passion for beauty and sales into a dynamic role as Freelance Beauty Advisor with Beekman 1802!

In this role, you will drive retail sales  offer flexible shifts during peak retail hours, including evenings, primarily every Thursday through Sunday. You can expect to work approximately 3-20 hours per week on a flexible schedule. The store locations will be situated locally to you, and Beekman 1802 Beauty Advisors are 1099 freelancers.

We are looking for support in the following locations:

Austin Round Rock Sunset Valley Bee CaveRESPONSIBILITY:

Sell and educate Beekman 1802’s products, meeting or exceeding SPHProactively obtain and maintain extensive knowledge of Beekman 1802’s products

Easily share the unique features and benefits of Beekman 1802, inspiring customers and beauty associates alike with brand story, product demonstration and selling techniques

Attend Education Calls and Product Trainings via Microsoft Teams Maintain awareness and share promotional information with beauty associates

Exemplify highest standard of sales and Neighbor service skills

Merchandise brand in store to maintain best brand representation

Collaborate with contact and store partners to maintain optimal inventory

Execute corporate events and/or special events in coordination with your contact

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE3+ years of beauty industry experience required

Working knowledge of in-store retail environment a must

An understanding of skin and skincare

Must be proactive in approaching potential clients and promoting the brand

Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team

Must be able to travel within the territory
