As a Sales Associate, you will guide customers through their cycling journey, ensuring they have an exceptional experience and achieve their goals. Your role supports Trek’s mission by delivering outstanding hospitality and helping more people enjoy biking. You will contribute to store operations, sales targets, and customer satisfaction.

Our DOTS Sales Associates help achieve the mission by providing incredible hospitality to customers and getting more people on bikes. Sales Associates guide customers through everything they need to accomplish their cycling goals, keep their bicycles performing as designed, and ensure they have a great experience. Daily activities include developing sales and hospitality skills, achieving sales targets, learning about bikes and related products, participating in daily huddles, using the Guide Sales Process, following up on quotes and leads, and maintaining Trek University Guide Status.

Additional tasks include completing daily assignments, merchandising, cycle counts, assembling bicycles, and prepping bikes for service.

• Develop sales and hospitality skills through training, role‑playing, and on‑the‑job experience.
• Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets of at least $400,000 per fiscal year for full‑time Sales Associates.
• Learn about bikes, components, apparel, and technology.
• Participate in daily huddles and debriefs.
• Use the Guide Sales Process to provide customers with incredible hospitality.
• Follow through on Quotes and Lead List communications.
• Make decisions regarding the care of customers.
• Maintain Trek University Guide Status by completing Trek U modules.
• Complete Daily Task List assignments when not with customers.
• Maintain store merchandising according to visual standards, including product placement, price auditing, and restocking.
• Complete weekly Cycle Counts.
• Assemble or pre‑assemble new bicycles.
• Prep customer bikes for service by Service or Production Technicians.
