Institutional Work Study - Admissions Ambassador (Beebe)
The Admissions Office on the Beebe Campus is seeking (3) Institutional Work Study students at 15 hours each per week for the Fall 2026 & Spring 2027 terms.
Duties include:
Provide campus tours to prospective students, assist with recruiting events on campus, and any additional duties that the Admissions Office needs assistance with (prepping recruiting bags, answering the phone, and entering prospective student information, mailing acceptance letters).
The ability to walk during campus tours and stand for extended periods of time at a recruiting table; the ability to lift up to 20 lbs.; basic computer skills; and the ability to speak to campus visitors are required. Minimum salary or salary range is $11.00 per hour.
This position will be subject to a pre-employment criminal, sex-offender registry background check. In cases where pre-determined, an additional financial/credit history/background check may be required as well. Convictions that have been sealed or legally eradicated and misdemeanor convictions for which probation was completed and the case was dismissed, will be excluded. Disclosure does not constitute an automatic bar to employment. Factors such as dates of the offense, seriousness and nature of the violation, rehabilitation and position applied for will be taken into account.
