Institutional Work Study - Student Success Assistant

The Student Success Center is seeking (1) Institutional Work Study student at 20 hours per week for the Fall 2026 & Spring 2027 terms.

Duties include:

• Assist with answering the phone and appropriately transferring callers
• Greeting visitors to the student center
• Answering questions about directory and directional information about the college
• Assisting with testing and disability services as needed

Salary: $11.00 per hour

Required Qualifications:

Professional verbal skills and above average knowledge of campus resources and offices. Personally comfortable with calmly handling upset customers. The ability to lift tables and chairs.

Background Check Statement:
