The Beebe School District is accepting applications for a dynamic and student-centered educator to serve as 7th Grade Volleyball Head Coach/Assistant Junior High Volleyball Coach and Head High School Girls Soccer Coach for the  school year. The successful candidate will also teach in an area aligned with district needs, with potential assignments in History or Physical Education. Qualifications

• Valid Arkansas teaching license in the appropriate content area.
• Coaching experience in volleyball and/or soccer preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with student-athletes, parents, and staff.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Commitment to fostering academic success, sportsmanship, and character development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Head Coach for 7th Grade Volleyball and assist with the Junior High Volleyball program.
• Lead and develop the High School Girls Soccer program.
• Plan, organize, and supervise practices, competitions, and off-season activities.
• Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork.
• Collaborate with district and athletic department personnel to support student success.
• Fulfill all teaching responsibilities in the assigned academic area.

Contract Information

• Full-time certified position.
• Coaching supplements and extended contract days provided according to district salary schedules and coaching assignments.
• Reports to the Building Principal and Athletic Director.
