Part‑Time Maintenance Worker

General DescriptionThe Part‑Time Maintenance Worker is responsible for assisting with various maintenance tasks around the campus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Assists with pressure washing
- Assists Grounds with weed eating and mowing
- Assists with unloading materials
- Assists with special projects and support services
- Assists with event set‑ups and tear‑downs
- Assists with sweeping and cleaning maintenance warehouse
- Assists with cleaning the work site
- Assists with minor painting work
- Assists with basic maintenance tasks
- Performs related responsibilities as required or as assigned
- High School Diploma
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to collaborate with skilled tradesman
Physical Requirements
Minimum salary: $11.00 per hour.
Physical demands: stand regularly; walk continuously; sit occasionally; use hand‑to‑finger, handle, or feel continuously; reach with hands and arms continuously; climb or balance regularly; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl regularly; talk or hear continuously; taste or smell occasionally; lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus.
