Job Description:The Admissions Office on the Beebe campus is seeking (1) Federal Work Study at 15 hours per week for the Fall 2026/Spring 2027 terms.
Duties include:
provide campus tours to prospective students; assist with recruiting events on campus; any additional duties that the admissions office needs such as prepping recruiting bags, answering the phone, entering prospective student information into the CRM, mailing acceptance letters, etc.
Completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is required. The ability to talk to students about the campus and answer the phone. The ability to lift up to 20 lbs., walk across campus, stand for extended periods of time at a recruiting table or on a campus tour.
Minimum Salary or Salary Range:$11.00 per hour
Up to 25 pounds:occasionally
Background Check Statement:This position will be subject to a pre-employment criminal, sex-offender registry background check. In cases where pre-determined, an additional financial/credit history/ background check may be required as well. Convictions that have been sealed or legally eradicated and misdemeanor convictions for which probation was completed and the case was dismissed, will be excluded. Disclosure does not constitute an automatic bar to employment.
Factors such as dates of the offense, seriousness and nature of the violation, rehabilitation and position applied for will be taken into account.
