Institutional Work Study - Weekly Student Worker

The Veterinary Technology department is seeking (1) Institutional Work Study student at 10 hours per week for the Fall 2026 & Spring 2027 terms.

Duties include:

• Clerical work
• Program and campus tours
• Assist with program animal care and kennel duty during the week
• Maintain program informational bulletin board
• Attend campus recruiting events

Effective communication skills; basic computer skills; basic knowledge of the Vet Tech program curriculum, animal husbandry, and ASU-Beebe. Trustworthy & professional;
Positive attitude & work ethic.

$11.00 per hour

This position will be subject to a pre-employment criminal, sex-offender registry background check. In cases where pre-determined, an additional financial/credit history/ background check may be required as well. Convictions that have been sealed or legally eradicated and misdemeanor convictions for which probation was completed and the case was dismissed, will be excluded. Disclosure does not constitute an automatic bar to employment.
