I opened my agency in 2015 and lead a team of four in a high‑performing office that ranks in the top five in our area for production. Before becoming an agent, I worked in the mortgage industry, which gave me a strong background in financial services and customer relationships. I attended Indiana State University and enjoy traveling whenever I get the chance.

Our office is located on Main Street, so we’re regularly involved in local events and enjoy being an active part of the community. For our team, we offer a flexible approach to time off. As long as goals are being met and responsibilities are handled, I trust my team to manage their schedules reasonably. • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow‑up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.

• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
