Are you an experienced RN who loves leadership, teamwork, and making weekends worthwhile? We’re looking for a Weekend Supervisor - DAYS to join this skilled nursing team in Beech Grove, IN — someone who brings energy, positivity, and strong clinical skills to every shift.

• Supervise nursing staff to ensure top-quality care and smooth operations.
• Provide clinical support and handle any issues that come your way with confidence and compassion.
• Keep communication strong between residents, families, and staff.
• Help create a positive, resident-focused environment.

• Current RN license in Indiana.
• Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills, great attitude, and a sense of humor (weekends go better that way).
