Travel RN – CCU (3x12's, Nights)

Indianapolis, IN | Acute Care

Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 36 Hours/Week Guaranteed | Every Other Weekend Required

• Provide direct patient care in a 16-bed Cardiac Critical Care Unit with patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, and 1:3
• Manage ventilator-dependent patients with respiratory therapy support
• Titrate vasoactive drips and monitor hemodynamic status using equipment including Swan-Ganz catheters, Arctic Sun, and temporary pacemakers
• Care for post-cath STEMIs, NSTEMIs, direct admits from outside facilities, and medical ICU overflow patients
• Document accurately using Epic EMR
• Float as first to float during low census periods

• Active RN license valid in Indiana
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of critical care experience
• Demonstrated experience with ventilator management and titratable vasoactive drips

• Experience with cardiac critical care populations including STEMI and NSTEMI patients
• Familiarity with advanced monitoring equipment such as Swan-Ganz catheters and Arctic Sun
• Prior experience with Epic EMR

• Work in a specialized cardiac critical care environment with access to advanced technology and a collaborative care team
• 13-week travel contract with guaranteed hours in a high-acuity, fast-paced unit
