Travel RN – Emergency Room

Indianapolis, IN | Acute Care

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights | Friday, Saturday & Sunday 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume, 65-bed Emergency Department across multiple care zones including Shock, Core, Psych, and Exam areas
• Maintain patient ratios per zone:
  Shock 2:1, Core 4:1, Psych 3:1, Exam 6:1
• Operate unit equipment including Alaris Pumps, Phillips Monitors, and Belmont Rapid Infuser
• Document and manage patient records using Epic EMR
• Float within the department according to skill set as needed
• Adhere to required dress code:
  Navy Blue scrubs

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency nursing experience in a large Emergency Department
• Required
  
  Certifications:
  
  ACLS, PALS, BLS, and TNCC
• Availability to work every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night shift

• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to adapt to fluctuating patient volumes
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency environment
• Experience with Epic EMR

• 36 hours of weekly guaranteed hours in a structured weekend night schedule
