• Compensation:
  Base salary + bonuses (average annual earnings range as listed).
• Time Off:
  Paid holidays and at least 12 days of paid time off.

Location:

Majority of time doing in‑house sales support; walking customer sites, customer communication.

Work‑Life Balance:
Full time during business hours (no nights or weekends).

• Prepare your route, run on‑site visits, create estimates, customer communication, run reports and support sales staff.
• Log notes/metrics in our software and coordinate with your Owner/Sales team.
• Weekly sales coaching and ongoing support.

No Sales Experience

Required:

No prior industry experience, degree, or formal sales experience is needed. We can teach the process; we can’t teach these traits:

• Coachable — eager to learn, open to feedback, takes responsibility for results, and willing to run a proven sales playbook.
• Curious — comfortable asking questions and seeks to serve customers by understanding them first.
• Detail‑Oriented — executes daily habits (routing, documenting metrics, sending follow‑ups) that turn activity into revenue, consistently.

This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee.
