West Shore Home is seeking a Remodeling Trainee to join our Indianapolis-area installation team. The role supports shower and bath installers, follows SOPs, and aims to deliver a 5-star customer experience. This full-time W2 position starts at 6:30 AM, Monday–Friday, with hands-on training.
Compensation includes $20–$22 per hour, a $1,000 signing bonus paid in two installments, plus health, 401(k), HSA, PTO, and employee discounts, with opportunities for growth through ongoing training.
