Location: Beech Grove, IN Pay: $25.00–$32.00/hour, based on experience Employment Type: Full-Time Dayshift: 7am to 3:30pm

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support operations at an industrial processing facility in Beech Grove, Indiana. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and material-handling equipment to ensure safe and reliable plant operations.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a grain processing environment or related industrial field, with hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment.

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical equipment failures and complete necessary repairs.
• Repair, rebuild, and maintain mechanical drive systems.
• Troubleshoot conveyors and material-handling equipment.
• Work with V-belt and chain-drive systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Perform basic welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications.
• Work with 480V, 3-phase motors and associated industrial equipment.
• Operate hoists, lift trucks, hand tools, and power tools.
• Install and maintain material-handling systems and related equipment.
• Read and interpret equipment drawings, layouts, and maintenance procedures.
• Identify equipment problems and complete repairs to minimize production downtime.
• Follow all plant safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a grain processing plant or related industrial field.
• Industrial maintenance, manufacturing, millwright, processing, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience with conveyors, V-belts, chains, bearings, motors, gearboxes, or similar mechanical equipment.
• Experience working with 480V/3-phase motor circuits.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance/operations team.
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in industrial environments that may include heat, cold, and dust.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or on-call coverage as needed.

$25.00–$32.00 per hour, depending on experience and technical skill set.
