We are looking for a professional to work in our Frasle Mobility Europe unitas an  Key Account Manager !
You will be responsible for managing OEM key accounts by developing and maintaining long-term relationships, maximizing sales opportunities by sourcing and establishing new accounts, build relationships with global customers along with other BUs (Business Units), and guide negotiations and assure achievement of commercial targets, following company policies.
Responsibilities   Responsible for management of sales and general support of the accounts. Focus on growing business with existing clients, developing existing clients and generating new business opportunities with current and potential accounts;
Responsible for preparing commercial offers, along with formulating pricing strategies and managing contribution margins and the company’s market share;
Stay up-to-date with market developments, competitor activities, trends, and innovations that can influence the company’s business, developing and communicating response strategies whenever necessary;
Work alongside project leaders and factories from different regions, guaranteeing the comprehension of customer’s requirements, the business, and help with the interaction between the company and customers’ key contacts;
Provide product options to customers including features, benefits and price to support customer’s product requirements. Maintain knowledge of new and existing products, as well as report competitor activities while understanding the specific market(s);
Interface with customers commercial and engineering teams, and Frasle’s internal personnel;
Monitor expenses to assure compliance with budget, policies and procedures;
Participate in the development of annual sales plan, monthly sales forecast, sales budget, annual marketing plan and Strategic Planning as required;
Develop branding and marketing strategies for new programs and products;
Provides current data on market trends, competitive activity, and customer expectations to enhance current and future market activities;
Provides senior management with monthly activity report;
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements   Business/Marketing/Mechanical Engineering or other related degree;

Experience Preferred: 5 years in the automotive industry;
Language Requirements   Portuguese:

Candidates requiring visa sponsorship may be considered, subject to eligibility for employment in the Netherlands;
Randoncorp employees may be eligible with at least one year of active contract at the company;
Successful candidates will be hired directly by the employing entity in the Netherlands under local employment terms and conditions.
