On call basis as assigned. Applicant selects the campus of their choice.

• Must be fingerprinted through the State Board of Education (fee $50). Ms. Velasco will assist you with this process.
• New substitute teachers must complete the 8‑hour online training ($34 fee). Ms. Velasco will assist with the app.garden website information.
• Previous substitutes or certified teachers must complete the 3‑hour online training ($19 fee).

• High School Diploma, GED, or Associate's Degree: $90.00 for a full day and $45.00 for a half day.
• Bachelor's/Master's Degree or Teacher Certification: $100.00 for a full day and $50.00 for a half day.
• Child Nutrition, Custodial Maintenance and Transportation Substitutes: $13.50 hourly, and must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Driver's License, Social Security card, proof of education (GED/High School Diploma or college transcript)
• Direct deposit information such as a voided check or approved deposit letter from your bank
• Beeville ISD pay days are on the 15th and 30th of every month.
