Hacienda Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the long‑term care unit at our skilled nursing facility. • Provide comprehensive CNA care for residents
• Report observations of patients to nursing supervisor
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
• Answer patients’ call lights and requests
• Assist patients with eating, dressing, and bathing
• Prepare patients for transfers or discharge
• Comply with all regulatory protocols and policies related to infection control and nursing care
• Observe patient diet restrictions as prescribed by the physician
• Assist in the provision of emergency care

  PRN 12 hours

  Beeville, Texas

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license issued by Texas required
• BLS certification from the AHA required
