Hacienda Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the long‑term care unit at our skilled nursing facility. We are committed to providing high quality services so that every resident receives the care and attention that they need. - Report observations of patients to nursing supervisor
- Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
- Answer patients’ call lights and requests
- Assist patients with eating, dressing, and bathing
- Prepare patients for transfers or discharge
- Comply with all regulatory protocols and policies related to infection control and nursing care
- Observe patient diet restrictions as prescribed by the physician
- Assist in the provision of emergency care

- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license issued by Texas required
- BLS certification from the AHA required
