LVN Med/Surg Staff Nurse (Hiring Immediately) – Christus Health, Beeville, TX.
OverviewProvides nursing care to assigned patients under the supervision of a licensed professional. Offers primary care to designated patients under the direction of the Registered Nurse. Assists in collecting patient data to determine nursing needs. Works with other disciplines to ensure collaborative patient care.
Our Medical Surgical department averages a daily census of 14 and a monthly census of 80–100. Patients are treated for pneumonia, cellulitis, COPD, diabetes, heart failure, renal failure, chest pain, and liver failure. The team values support, collaboration, and community education.

CompensationSign‑on bonus of $5,000.
ResponsibilitiesProvide bedside nursing care and support for patients within surgical and medical settings. Assist with data collection and care planning. Coordinate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care. Educate patients and community on preventive health topics.
Qualifications- Graduate from an accredited vocational nursing school.
- Current Texas State LVN license.
- CPR certification (American Heart Association).
- New graduate accepted.
