• Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state where the clinician will practice; compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component;
  Aveanna can assist in obtaining this after hire, if necessary
• TB skin test current within the last 12 months
• Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred, but not required
• Reliable transportation
