Job Overview
Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
CompensationHourly wage: $15‑$28 per hour (equivalent or higher than the required minimum wage).
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
