Responsibilities
  • Manage and track sales orders, ensure data accuracy, and support the sales team. Ideal for detail-oriented and proactive individuals.
  • Accurately input and track sales orders in the CRM, ensuring timely and precise order fulfilment.
  • Monitor order status and follow up on any issues or delays, coordinating with the sales team and other departments as needed.
  • Maintain and update customer and order records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Generate and review sales reports to track order progress, sales performance, and inventory levels.
  • Handle inquiries related to orders, including status updates and resolution of any issues.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing sales documentation, including order confirmations and shipping details.
