Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers/vendors in line with business needs.
- Conduct vendor assessments, scoring, and regular performance evaluations.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to achieve the best value for the company.
- Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery, and pricing.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve supplier-related issues effectively.
- Develop, maintain, and update supplier scorecards.
- Ensure procurement processes are executed in accordance with SOPs, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Perform cost analysis and identify efficiency or cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage, coach, and develop the procurement team.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams through clear and structured processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant major.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.
- Proven experience in supplier sourcing, vendor evaluation, and negotiation.
- Strong understanding of procurement SOPs, documentation, and compliance.
- Strong analytical skills in cost analysis and efficiency improvement.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
