Job Description:
We are looking for a Marketing professional with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to join our team. This role focuses on managing customer communications, negotiating business terms, and resolving client issues effectively to achieve sales targets and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain active communication with prospective and existing customers
Negotiate pricing, cooperation schemes, and service requirements with clients
Identify customer problems and provide fast, effective solutions
Handle customer objections and complaints professionally
Develop customer approach strategies to improve closing rates
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure solutions are properly executed
Prepare reports on negotiation activities and problem resolution outcomes
Maintain long-term relationships with key clients
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or customer handling
Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
Experienced in handling objections and customer complaints
Quick thinker with strong solution-oriented mindset
Confident, communicative, and results-driven
Able to work with targets and deadlines
Mandarin proficiency is preferred
Ability to conduct business communication in spoken and written English with international clients is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in B2B marketing or account management
Comfortable with business presentations and deal closing
Familiar with objection handling and consultative selling techniques
