Content Specialist

Overview

Toko Bakmi Kita is a fast-growing family dining restaurant brand serving authentic Asian comfort food. As we expand across Jabodetabek, we are looking for a creative and strategic Content Specialist to build strong storytelling and emotional connection with our customer.

• Drive high-impact content strategies that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and traffic across all outlets.
• Create and manage a structured monthly content calendar across digital platforms.
• Generate creative campaign ideas focused on family, lifestyle, and customer experience.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, influencers, and agencies to produce high-quality content.
• Ensure consistency in visual identity, brand voice, and storytelling across all channels.
• Monitor content performance and optimize strategies based on engagement, reach, and impact.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Branding, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in content, digital marketing, or social media within F&B, lifestyle, hospitality, or creative agencies.
• Strong storytelling ability with a deep understanding of brand building and customer
• Solid knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, and emerging
• Creative, proactive, and able to translate business goals into impactful content ideas.

• Strong storytelling, creative thinking, and understanding of Instagram and Tik Tok trends.
