Responsibilities

• Record, monitor, and maintain daily financial transactions accurately and timely.
• Process payments to vendors, contractors, suppliers, and other operational expenses.
• Assist in monthly and annual financial closing processes.
• Verify invoices, payment requests, purchase orders, and supporting documents before payment processing.
• Support financial administration related to Property Development Projects and Property Management Operations.
• Prepare accounting and finance related data to be accurately comprehensively available for corporate financial report.
• Make monthly AR reports an Create financial reports.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Project, Leasing, Marketing, and Legal departments regarding financial transaction.
• Prepare financial data and documentation for internal and external audits.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Finance Staff, preferably in Property, Real Estate, construction, or property management companies.
• Required Skill(s): finance report, Accounting Information System & Controlling Management fixed asset
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail oriented, good attitude and willing to learn.
• Willing to be placed in all Metland Project/Unit (Jabodetabek Area)
