The Tax Officer is a contract, on‑site role based in Bekasi, responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s tax‑related activities. Day‑to‑day tasks include preparing and reviewing tax reports and returns, ensuring timely submission of all tax obligations, and maintaining accurate tax records. The role involves monitoring changes in tax regulations, assessing their impact on the company, and supporting internal stakeholders with tax‑related guidance.

The Tax Officer will coordinate with finance and accounting teams to align tax calculations with financial statements and support internal and external audits. The role also requires participation in process improvements to strengthen tax compliance and minimize tax risks.

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Tax Preparation and Tax Compliance.
• Solid understanding of Tax and Tax Law, including current regulations and reporting requirements.
• Foundational skills in Finance, with the ability to interpret financial data for tax purposes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing or automotive‑related company is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using accounting and tax reporting software, as well as MS Office (especially Excel).
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work accurately under deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
