La Vida Padel is seeking a Finance & Accounting professional who is detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage operational financial administration effectively.
Key responsibilities- Manage and record daily financial transactions
- Create cash flow and financial reports
- Monitor income and expenses
- Check booking, rental, event, and sales transactions
- Reconcile cash, bank, and payment gateway accounts
- Manage invoices, supplier payments, and petty cash
- Prepare documents and reports for management needs
- Assist with budgeting processes and operational cost control
- Ensure financial administration is organized neatly and accurately
- Minimum S1 education in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in Finance & Accounting
- Understanding of bookkeeping, financial reports, and basic taxation
- Able to record income and expenses
- Able to perform cash and bank reconciliation
Detail-oriented, organized, honest, and responsible - Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in F&B, hospitality, sports club, or retail is a plus
